Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted. Please message us within 3 days of delivery at info@marasolejewelry.com to arrange one. Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

All costs of a return or exchange are paid by the buyer. This includes return shipping and, for exchanges, the shipping of the new piece back to you.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and has been inspected, we will refund the price of the item to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as production has not started. Email your order number to info@marasolejewelry.com.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop. In the rare case something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please message us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will make it right.
